Balyang Prisms CTD

Is the game broken? Something not working?

Balyang Prisms CTD

I'm constantly getting crashes while trying to solve the first prism puzzles in Balyang. I have it consistently crash when trying to set blue crystal into the first column that is supposed to house the first glowing crystal you make.

However, it also happens after I put crystals in the 2nd crystal puzzle, but it is more random. It makes the game almost unplayable. I have to save after anything I do just to keep progressing.

Are you getting an error message or just a "windows is sorry" message? If you get an error, can you post what it says.

It's just the Windows is sorry message.

Do you think you could send me your save file? Hopefully I'll get the same errors and will be able to track what's going on. I have instructions for finding your save files here:

http://www.johnwizard.com/support.php

You can attach your save here on the forums or email it to me - dan@johnwizard.com

In the mean time, you could try downloading the game again and reinstalling. Sometimes new problems that appear after a game has been out for a while will go away after a reinstall. It's worth a try.

I accidentally saved over that file. :( I was keeping it just for this purpose, too. Sorry!

If I find another consistent crash, I'll be sure to copy it to a safe place!
