Cant start game

ok here is my problem: when i trying to open the game it shows me error : Unable to find file C:\PROGRA~1\ALPHAK~1\Lilly and Sasha.
it happened with other game too (Another christmas tale)

any solutions to this please?

If the error is what I think it is, then the same error should pop up for all John Wizard games. I know this as I had the same problem a little while back. I never figured out the specific cause nor can I remember the specific fix that worked for me to solve the problem. So, I can make a couple suggestions that come to mind. First, try redownloading the install and reinstalling the game. I don't think this option worked for me when I had the problem, but maybe it will work for you. Next, try restarting your computer. I believe this is what fixed it for me as it sounds like the right solution. Sorry that I can't remember, but I do hope one of these help

well reinstaled and restarted PC.. still same error

The only thing that comes to mind is that I had some graphic card issues around the same time I had the error. I would check your graphic settings to make sure it all looks right. Otherwise, I'm not sure what might be causing the problem in your case. Hopefully someone else or Daniel and Andrew will be able to provide some additional help

well with graphic everything is ok.. but ONLY john wizard games got this error for me.. with other it dont happen... btw just noticed 1 thing.. does game switch to fullscreen after launching?

Yes, it should by default switch to full screen after launching. If it doesn't, you can hit alt+enter to toggle between windowed and full screen mode.

well when i start game the screen turns ABIT wider then the error pops up.. so maybe u can somehow do that game wont switch to full screen??

btw searched something similar to my problem and in some webs there were written that u need do something in "regedit" and in "msconfig" im cofused..

Not sure about the "regedit" nor the "msconfig" thing, but to change it so that the game will load in windowed mode instead of full screen is to start the game and hit F1. This loads a settings window that should have a setting on the first tab that can be checked and unchecked to set whether the game loads in full screen or not. Not sure whether this settings feature can be accessed without loading the game first though.

Seems like it's crashing while trying to create the save data folders. Someone had a similar problem on Amaranthia. Try creating the save folder manually:

Open Windows Explorer and type %appdata% into the address bar at the top and press enter. This should take you to the Roaming subfolder.
Then create a folder called Lilly and Sasha and in that create a subfolder called Nexus of Souls.

Now try opening the game.

after you sayed that u need create that folder i thinked if i would try creating folder "alphak~1"... and SUCCES!!! YAY!
